Long Term Accommodation at Quest on Eden

I. One to three months - Fully Furnished Apartments, no linen, no towels, no service - - NO Deposit, NO Letting / Administration Fee

Studio Apartments - for one or two person in Queen or 2 Singles - $350.00 including GST / week
1 Bedroom Apartments - for one or two person in Queen or 2 Singles - $420.00 including GST / week
2 Bedroom Apartments - from one to four person in Queens or Singles - $490.00 including GST / week

II. More than three months - Fully Furnished Apartments, no linen, no towels, no service - NO Deposit, NO Letting / Administration Fee

      1.    Studio Apartments - for one or two person in Queen or 2 Singles - $350.00 including GST / week
      2.    1 Bedroom Apartments - for one or two person in Queen or 2 Singles - $385.00 including GST / week
      3.    2 Bedroom Apartments - from one to four person in Queens or Singles - $455.00 including GST / week

III. Conditions:

1. Valid credit card details in place for security reason;

2. The residents needs to keep the apartment clean and tidy at all times;

3. One week rent in advance;

4. Power is not included - Needs to be paid every month before 15th of the next months, once the invoice copy will be provided;

5. Water consumption is included;

Conditions:

Power is not included - Needs to be paid every month before 15th of the next months, once the invoice copy will be provided; 5. Water consumption is included; 6. The residents needs to arrange a new phone line and internet as well, for that we charge $92.00 fee for connection and disconnetion of new land line. 7. Our normal charges for car park space is $15.00 per night but for a Long Term Stay we have a discount, it will be $10.00 per night wich means $70.00 per week.
